God's Will

God's Will For some this seems to be mystical and unknowable. For others it is clear and brings confidence to what they do each day. One person has remarked, "There is no safer place to be than in the center of God's will. But how does God's will work? God works through believers, like the potter and the clay both are essential to the process. He creates the pot, tempers the pot, fills the pot, pours water out of the pot to enable other things to happen -- plants are nourished, bread is made, thirst is satisfied. "For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases Him (Philippians 2:13)." So God is working thru you and on you at the same time! God has already told us many things in His Word that are His will, like making disciples (Matthew 28:19), using our spiritual gifts (1 Peter 4:10), being a part of a local body of believers (Acts 2:44), having high morality and spirituality (1 Timothy 4:7) and many more.
